Fantastic Stay! Can't Wait to Return

This place is amazing. The staff welcomed me with huge smiles and warm cookies! I got upgraded to a bigger room. It was very much appreciated. The hotel boasts beautiful furnishings and decorations. the location is just a short walk to the main shops! I found it all clean and the staff friendly.
I must say, the pool was colder than expected, and it was busy! There were a lot of young men playing catch with a water bottle in the pool, and it made me nervous. It was pretty much impossible to swim with so many people in there.

Breakfast was decent. The food was hot. The breakfast room felt too big, but there was plenty for everyone. It was a huge buffet. Freshly cooked omelets are available and are perfect.

the hotel offered parking, i found a discount code from the receptionist. the hotel was well cleaned, i noticed.
the seaside window glass needed cleaning though it was very minor.

a few issues need fixing
free cookies clean room loose tap no shelves
i was glad with how easy it was to check in. we got free cookies when we checked in. it was a nice touch. the room was large and clean, i liked that it was straight across the road from the beach.
our room didnt have a fridge, unusual for a premier hotel. the sink tap was very loose and slow running water, and there werent many shelves in the bathroom. we used the spa, but there werent any padlocks left to lock your belongings.

helpful staff clean hotel seafront location faulty tv breakfast queue flooded bathroom
the staff were unbelievably helpful, i am thankful for that. the hotel was clean and decorated well. i loved the location right on the seafront.
my tv didn't work the first day, it was stuck on one channel with subtitles. there was a long queue for breakfast the next morning. my friend's bathroom flooded after her first shower, so she had to be moved to another room.
